摘　　要：介绍陈红风教授运用膏方以扶正培本法治疗乳腺癌术后的经验。认为乳腺癌术后患者当从虚立论,在扶正同时佐以祛邪之品,在培本同时注重以平为期。膏方调治中提倡补而不滞,动静结合,在论治过程中重视从肝、脾、肾辨证,善调畅情志,寓祛邪于扶正之中。并附验案1则。This article introduces professor Chen Hongfeng's experience of using ointment formulas in treating postoperative patients with breast cancer by reinforcing healthy qi.It is considered that postoperative patients with breast cancer should make a point from deficiency,eliminate pathogenic factors while strengthening vital qi,pay attention to keeping balance while cultivating the body.Professor Chen advocates tonic without coagulation and the combination of movement and stillness in the ointment formulas,attaches importance to the syndrome differentiation of liver,spleen and kidney,does well in regulating emotions,and eliminates pathogenic factors through reinforcing healthy qi.And one proven case is presented.
