国医大师严世芸运用补阳还五汤异病同治验案举隅

摘　　要：介绍国医大师严世芸教授运用补阳还五汤异病同治的临床验案。验案分别为脑梗死、慢性硬膜下血肿、冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后合并心力衰竭、心脏神经官能症、周围性面瘫、白癜风。认为6则验案疾病、症状虽不尽相同,但主要病机均为气虚血瘀,临证选用补阳还五汤加减治之,疗效颇佳;体现了严教授异病同治、谨守病机的诊治原则,为拓宽补阳还五汤临床主治范围提供了借鉴。This paper introduces the clinical trial of Yan Shiyun,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,using Buyang Huanwu Decoction to treat different diseases simultaneously.The confirmed cases include cerebral infarction,chronic subdural hematoma,coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure after PCI,cardiac neurosis,peripheral facial paralysis,and vitiligo.It is believed that although the six tested diseases and symptoms may not be the same,the main pathogenesis is qi deficiency and blood stasis.Therefore,the Buyang Huanwu Decoction added and subtracted is selected for clinical treatment,and the therapeutic effect is quite good.This reflects Professor Yan's diagnosis and treatment principles of treating different diseases together and adhering to the pathogenesis,providing reference for expanding the clinical treatment scope of Buyang Huanwu Decoction.
