摘　　要：通过整理中医经典文献及论著,总结五脏痹证的病因、病位、证型。探讨《黄帝内经》中痹证与五脏痹证的关系及证治原则、《伤寒杂病论》理论体系下痹证六经传变规律及用药组方原则,并附以名家诊疗诸痹的思维方式和部分医著方解,为阴阳辨证和六经传变治疗五脏痹证提供理论依据。The etiology,location and syndrome type of the five viscus paralysis syndrome are summarized by sorting out the traditional Chinese medicine literature and classic books on the five viscus paralysis syndrome.This paper discusses the relationship between the paralysis syndrome and the five viscus paralysis syndrome as well as the principle of syndrome treatment in Huangdi Neijing.It also delves into the principles of the six meridians of the paralysis syndrome and the composition of medication under the theoretical system of Treatise on Typhoid Fever and Miscellaneous Diseases.Famous doctors'thinking of diagnosis and treatment of various arthralgia and some medical prescriptions are supplemented,so as to provide a theoretical foundation for yin-yang syndrome differentiation and six meridians transmission and transformation in treating five viscus paralysis syndrome.
