摘　　要：新时代是实现中华民族伟大复兴和更大贡献人类发展的时代,也是彰显大国奋发有为和凸显大党全球思维的时代。新时代中国共产党全球思维是从人类情怀的高度与温度、世界史观的深度与厚度、国际视野的广度与宽度、时代眼光的信度与效度,科学回答中国之问、世界之问、人民之问和时代之问,以战略性、辩证性、开放性、包容性来审视当今世界之变、时代之变和历史之变。新时代中国共产党全球思维呈现了中国梦与世界梦相通、构建人类命运共同体倡议与共建“一带一路”倡议相应、推进国家治理与参与全球治理相连、构建新型国际关系与构建新型大国关系相融等理论表达,谱写出新时代马克思主义中国化时代化理论创新的新篇章。The new era is an age to realize the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation and make greater contributions to mankind,and an era to highlight the vigorous efforts of a great power and global mindset of a great party.The CPC’s global mindset in the new era is to answer the questions of China,the world,the people and the times scientifically from the height and temperature of humanity feelings,the depth of world history,the breadth of international vision,the credibility and validity of the vision of the times.It scrutinizes the changes of the world,the times and the history in a strategic,dialectical,open and inclusive way.The CPC’s global mindset in the new era shows the similarity between the Chinese dream and the world dream.Moreover,it shows the correspondence between the initiative of building a community with a shared future for mankind and the initiative of jointly building the“the Belt and Road”.It promotes the connection between national governance and participation in global governance.Besides,it proposes theories like the integration of building a new type of international relations and building a new type of major country relations.And eventually,the CPC’s global mindset helps write a new chapter in the innovation of Marxist theory in the context of China in the new era.
