摘 要:制备不同共混比的聚醚型和聚酯型聚氨酯(TPU)/甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(MABS)合金,对TPU/MABS合金的耐乙醇和耐碘伏性能进行研究。结果表明:经乙醇和碘伏浸泡24 h的MABS在垂直于应力方向出现大量的裂纹甚至断裂;随着TPU用量的增大,经乙醇和碘伏浸泡24 h的TPU/MABS合金的应力开裂裂纹逐渐减少甚至消失,未经浸泡以及经乙醇和碘伏浸泡24 h的TPU/MABS合金的拉伸强度减小,经乙醇浸泡24 h的TPU/MABS合金的冲击强度先增大后减小;当TPU用量分别为30和20份时,经乙醇和碘伏浸泡24 h的聚醚型TPU/MABS合金的冲击强度最大。综合来看,经乙醇和碘伏浸泡的聚醚型TPU/MABS合金的抗应力开裂性能比聚酯型TPU/MABS合金更好,冲击强度更大。Polyether-type and polyester-type polyurethane(TPU)/methyl methacrylate-acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(MABS)alloys were prepared with different TPU/MABS blending ratios,and their ethanol and Iodophor resistance was studied.The results showed that MABS soaked in ethanol and Iodophor for 24 h exhibited a large number of cracks or even fractures perpendicular to the stress direction.With the increase of TPU amount,the stress-cracking cracks of TPU/MABS alloys soaked in ethanol and Iodophor for 24 h gradually decreased or even disappeared.The tensile strengths of TPU/MABS alloys without soaking and soaked in ethanol and Iodophor for 24 h decreased.The impact strengths of TPU/MABS alloys soaked in ethanol for 24 h first increased and then decreased.When TPU amount was 30 and 20 phr respectively,polyether-type TPU/MABS alloys soaked in ethanol and Iodophor for 24 h had the highest impact strength respectively.Overall,polyether-type TPU/MABS alloys demonstrated better stress-cracking resistance and higher impact strength compared to polyester-type TPU/MABS alloys after being soaked in ethanol and Iodophor.
