摘　　要：以辛基酚醛树脂为硫化剂,采用动态硫化法,制备丁基橡胶(IIR)/聚丙烯(PP)热塑性硫化胶(TPV),探究PP种类对IIR/PP TPV性能的影响。结果表明:丙烯均聚PP制得的IIR/PP TPV的综合性能较好,可对标生产道恩汽车密封条类相关产品;乙丙嵌段共聚PP制得的IIR/PP TPV的综合性能优于乙丙无规共聚PP制得的IIR/PP TPV。Butyl rubber(IIR)/polypropylene(PP)thermoplastic vulcanizates(TPV)were prepared by dynamic vulcanization method using octyl phenolic resin as a vulcanizing agent,and the effect of PP types on the properties of IIR/PP TPV was investigated.The results showed that the IIR/PP TPV prepared from propylene homopolymer PP showed excellent comprehensive performance,and could be used for producing automotive sealing strip-related products similar to those made by Dawn.The comprehensive performance of IIR/PP TPV prepared from ethylene-propylene block copolymer PP was better than that of IIR/PP TPV prepared from ethylene-propylene random copolymer PP.
