摘  要:基因组选择是一种全基因组范围内的标记辅助选择,可提高育种值估计准确性,通过早期选择加速育种进程,加快遗传进展。随着基因组测序技术的提高,基因组选择技术已广泛应用到牛、羊、猪、鸡等畜禽遗传育种工作中。本文综述了基因组选择的原理和方法、基因组选择在畜禽遗传育种中的应用现状及其存在的问题,并对未来的理论发展和应用前景进行展望,以期为今后的畜禽基因组选择育种提供参考。Genomic Selection is a marker-assisted selection method that covers the entire genome,which enhances the accuracy of estimated breeding values.It can also accelerate the breeding process through early selection,reduce inbreeding probabilities,and expedite genetic progress.With advancements in genome sequencing technologies,genomic selection has been widely applied in genetic breeding programs for livestock such as cattle,sheep,pigs,and poultry.This article reviews the principles and methods of genomic selection,its current applications in livestock genetic breeding,as well as the challenges it faces.It also provides insights into the future theoretical development and application prospects of genomic selection in livestock breeding,aiming to serve as a reference for future genomic selection breeding in livestock.
