摘  要:适当提高日粮精粗比是提高反刍动物生产性能的重要手段,但其引起的亚急性瘤胃酸中毒问题也相当严重。氧化镁单独添加或与碳酸氢钠配合使用可有效预防和缓解高精料日粮引起的亚急性瘤胃酸中毒。除了良好的瘤胃缓冲能力,氧化镁还能够维持瘤胃内环境和瘤胃菌群结构稳定,并可在一定程度上提高动物生产性能。因此,本文综述了氧化镁瘤胃缓冲作用机制、影响其瘤胃缓冲效果的因素及其在反刍动物生产中的应用研究进展,旨在为氧化镁在反刍动物生产中的科学应用提供一定理论依据。Properly increasing the concentrate-to-roughage ratio is a crucial dietary strategy for enhancing the production performance in ruminants.However,this approach also causes a risk of sub-acute ruminal acidosis.Previous studies have shown that Magnesium oxide solely or in combination with sodium bicarbonate could effectively alleviate sub-acute ruminal acidosis caused by high-concentrate diets.Magnesium oxide also contributes to the stabilization of the rumen environment and microbial flora while providing a potent rumen buffering capacity.Therefore,it could promote ruminant production performance to some extent.Hence,the present paper reviewed the rumen buffering mechanism of magnesium oxide,the factors influencing its buffering efficacy,and the progress of its application in ruminant production.This review aimed to provide a comprehensive theoretical reference for the rational utilization of magnesium oxide in ruminant production.
