摘 要:研究不同放牧强度对山地草甸土壤细菌群落组成和结构特征的影响,以新疆天山北坡中段中高山带的昌吉市阿什里乡阿什里村的夏季牧场为对象,设置重度放牧和轻度放牧两个放牧强度,无放牧区(作为对照),分析不同放牧强度下土壤理化性质及土壤细菌群落结构和组成。结果显示:轻度放牧显著提高土壤中的全磷和速效钾含量(P<0.05);不同放牧强度下土壤细菌群落丰富度和多样性无显著性差异;重度放牧下放线菌门(Actinobacteriota)和嗜热油菌纲(Thermoleophilia)相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05),而厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)和芽孢杆菌纲(Bacilli)显著升高(P<0.05);通过RAD分析可以得出主要影响土壤细菌群落结构的因子是全磷、全钾、速效钾和有机质。The effects of Different Grazing Intensities on the composition and structural characteristics of soil bacterial communities in mountain meadow were studied.Taking the summer pasture in Ashli village,Ashli Township,Changji City,in the mid alpine zone of the northern slope of Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang as the object,two grazing intensities,heavy grazing and light grazing,and no grazing area(as a control),were set up to analyze the physical and chemical properties of soil and the structure and composition of soil bacterial communities under different grazing intensities.Light grazing significantly increased the contents of total phosphorus and available potassium in soil(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in soil bacterial community richness and diversity under Different Grazing Intensities;The relative abundances of Actinobacteriota and Thermoleophilia decreased significantly under heavy grazing,while Firmicutes and Bacilli increased significantly(P<0.05);According to rad analysis,the main factors affecting the soil bacterial community structure are total phosphorus,total potassium,available potassium and organic matter.
