摘　　要：为了推动科技期刊高质量发展,为草业科学发展提供平台,《草学》立足于自身特色,紧紧围绕草业科学发展的时代需求,介绍期刊存在的问题,探讨坚持办刊特色、积极拓展稿源、注重人才队伍建设、提升服务意识及推动刊媒融合发展等具体措施,以期为提升期刊学术影响力,营造良好的学术生态环境,从而更好地服务草业科学发展。In order to promote the high-quality development of sci-tech journals for providing favorite a platform for the scientific development of prataculture,based on its own characteristics and focusing on the needs of The Times,Journal of Grassland&Forage Science introduced the problems existing in the journal,and discussed specific measures such as adhering to the characteristics of running the journal,actively expanding the source of contributions,focusing on the construction of talent team,enhancing service awareness and promoting the integrated development of the journal media,in order to improve the academic impact of the journal To create a good academic ecological environment,and thus better serve the scientific development of prataculture.
