摘 要:以厦门曾厝垵游客为例,采用问卷调查和数据分析等方法,以目的地差异为调节变量,考察游客拥挤感知对游客体验质量与目的地记忆的影响机理。研究发现,空间拥挤对游客体验质量与目的地记忆具有明显负向作用,体验质量对游客目的地记忆具有正向影响作用,目的地差异能够增强体验质量对目的地记忆的影响效应。因此,相关旅游管理部门应从旅游数量上控制“度”,并增设公共设施及路线指示牌以减少拥挤现状等,进而为旅游者营造良好的旅游环境,增强其旅游目的地记忆。同时,依据景区所在地的独特地理优势与资源优势,打造符合市场行情的旅游产品。The influence mechanism of tourists’crowding perception on tourists’experience quality and destination memory were analyzed with data collected from 420 tourists in Zengcuoan,Xiamen by means of questionnaire,and destination differences were used as the moderator variable in the data analysis.It is found that space crowding has a significant negative effect on tourists’experience quality and destination memory,while experience quality has a positive effect on tourists’destination memory and destination differences enhance the effect of experience quality on destination memory.It was suggested that the relevant tourism management departments should control the number of tourists,add public facilities and route signs to reduce congestion,and then market good tourism environments for tourists,enhance tourist destination memory,and create tourism products that meet the market demands according to the unique geographical advantages and resource advantages of the scenic spot.
