摘 要:车用质子交换膜燃料电池作为解决能源危机和环境恶化问题的重要能源转换装置,成本高、阴极氧还原反应动力学慢和长时间运行阴极催化剂稳定性差等问题成为制约其发展的主要原因。为解决质子交换膜燃料电池阴极催化剂长期稳定性差的问题,运用连续管道微波制备技术,制备铂载量为50%(质量分数)的催化剂,并分别采用氮氢混合气(20%H_(2))和空气两种不同气氛对Pt/C催化剂进行退火处理,通过表征和测试研究两种气氛热处理对其氧还原性能的影响。制备的Pt/C-300(20%H_(2))催化剂30000圈衰减测试后仍能保持71.4m^(2)/g和243mA/mg的高活性,实现了兼具高活性和高耐久性,为高氧还原性能催化剂的生产提供了一条有效可行的途径。Vehicle proton-exchange membrane fuel cell is an important energy conversion device to solve the energy crisis and environmental degradation issues.However,the high cost and slow cathodic oxygen reduction reaction kinetics and poor stability of cathode catalyst in long-term operation have become the main challenges in its development.As such,a continuous pipeline microwave preparation technology was used to prepare a catalyst with 50%(mass)platinum loading.The Pt/C catalyst was annealed in two different atmospheres,namely,nitrogen hydrogen mixture(20%H_(2))and air.The effect of heat treatment in the two atmospheres on the oxygen reduction performance were studied through characterization and testing.The Pt/C-300(20%H_(2))catalyst can still maintain a high activity of 71.4 m^(2)/g and 243mA/mg after 30000 cycles of attenuation testing,achieving both high activity and high durability.This work provides an effective and feasible way for the production of catalysts with high oxygen reduction performance.
