摘  要:本文针对一起35kV环网柜母线绝缘击穿故障进行研究,分析故障原因、性质及其影响,并提出改进措施和预防建议。通过现场检查、故障录波分析等发现,故障主要原因是绝缘母线安装工艺不符合规范要求、导体接触不良长期发热,最终造成绝缘击穿和短路事故。本文研究对保障35kV环网柜安全稳定运行、提高电力系统的可靠性,具有一定的理论和实践意义。This paper studies the insulation breakdown fault of a 35kV ring main unit busbar,analyzes the cause,nature and influence of the fault,and puts forward improvement measures and prevention suggestions.Through on-site inspection and fault recording analysis,it is found that the main causes of the fault are that the insulation busbar installation process does not meet the standard requirements,and the conductor contact surface is not good for a long time,resulting in insulation breakdown and short circuit accidents.The research of this paper has certain theoretical and practical significance for ensuring the safe and stable operation of 35kV ring main unit and improving the reliability and efficiency of power system.
