摘 要:平原圩区河网水体活性普遍较弱,调控水动力条件可提升地区水生态环境质量。基于平原河网地区调控工程约束,构建区域河网水力学模型,模拟各河段水力特征及其时空变化,以流速、流量、水位及时间为准则层构架河网畅流活水评价的综合指标体系集合,并以AHP-熵权法确定各指标权重,建立TOPSIS综合评估模型。以安徽省宿州城东新区河网为例进行评估方案验证,结果表明评价遴选的最优活水方案为跃进闸、小新河闸、东坡路涵闸和莲花沟涵闸分别以4、15、3、3 m^(3)/s进行河道错峰调度补水,综合指标全面定量化调控措施对河网水动力优化后的效果,可为该城市圩区河网活水调度提供参考依据。The water activity in the plain polder river network are generally weak, regulating the hydrodynamic conditions can improve the quality of regional water ecological environment. Based on the constraints of regulation engineering in plain river network, the hydraulic model was constructed to simulate the hydraulic characteristics and spatial and temporal changes of each river. The comprehensive index set of river network flow and active water evaluation were constructed with flow velocity, flow rate, water level and time as the criterion layer. The weights matrix were determined by AHP-Entropy Weight Method, and the TOPSIS Comprehensive Evaluation Model was established. Taking the river network in east new district of Suzhou City, Anhui Province as a study case, the results show that the optimal active water solution selected by the evaluation method is the staggered scheduling of river replenishment at 4 m^(3)/s, 15 m^(3)/s, 3 m^(3)/s and 3 m^(3)/s for Yuejin Gate, Xiaoxin River Gate, Dongpo Road Culvert Gate and Lotus Ditch Culvert Gate, respectively;The comprehensive index comprehensively quantifies the best effect of the regulation measures on the river network hydrodynamic optimization, which can provide a basis for the active water scheduling in urban polder river network.
