摘 要:雄性不育作为植物生殖生物学领域研究热点一直备受关注,相关研究涉及核、细胞质不育分子调控以及全基因组范围内的DNA甲基化修饰、组蛋白修饰等表观遗传学方面的深入系统的解析。花药壁作为花药的重要结构与小孢子的发育密切相关,花药壁层异常发育将导致小孢子败育。近年来在花药壁发育、结构、功能及介导小孢子发育分子调控机制等方面已有大量新的发现。本文对草本模式植物和作物有关花药壁组织的发育最新研究发现进行综述,挖掘花药壁与小孢子发育关联机制,为深入解析植物雄性不育分子机制以及以此为基础的植物育种提供线索和思路。Male infertility has always been a hot research topic in the field of plant reproductive biology,involving in-depth and systematic analysis of epigenetics such as gene regulation of nuclear and cytoplasmic infertility,as well as genome-wide DNA methylation and histone modifications.The development of microspores is closely related to the anther wall layers.Due to the dysfunction of anther wall cells and some physiological and genetic factors,microspores in anthers can not develop normally,which leads to abortion.Previous studies on male sterility have been carried out in depth,mainly involving the transcriptional regulation of nuclear sterility genes,molecular regulation of cytoplasmic male sterility,genome-wide DNA methylation and histone modification and other epigenetic modification tools.In recent years,there is a lack of systematic reports on the effect of anther wall layer on microspores.In this paper,the latest research findings on anther wall development of herbaceous model plants and crops are reviewed,in order to provide clues and ideas for further research on the molecular mechanism of anther wall development,microspore development and degradation,hybrid seed production or breeding research.
