摘　　要：在档案知识服务领域,Chat GPT的融合应用给档案馆服务带来无限生机。从Chat GPT对档案知识服务的应用价值出发,探究其对档案知识服务的有利影响与价值的实现,在此基础上发掘Chat GPT在档案知识服务工作中潜在的风险及问题,并根据潜在的问题提出应对的策略与办法。In the field of archival knowledge service,the integrated application of Chat GPT brings infinite vitality to archival service.This paper starts with the application value of Chat GPT in archival knowledge service,explores its beneficial impact on archival knowledge service and the realization of its value,and on this basis,excavates the potential risks and problems of Chat GPT in archival knowledge service work,and proposes countermeasures and methods according to the potential problems.
