摘　　要：建设项目档案治理是实现建设项目高质量发展的重要手段,也是档案治理在特定领域的客观要求。文章运用SWOT分析法对建设项目档案治理的内部优势、内部劣势、外部威胁和外部机会进行分析,并在系统把握上述因素的基础上提出优化建设项目档案治理的若干策略,以期实现建设项目高质量发展的目标。Construction project archives governance is an important means to achieve the high-quality development of construction projects and an objective requirement for archives governance in a specific field.The paper analyzes the internal strengths,internal weaknesses,external threats and external opportunities of archives governance of construction projects using SWOT analysis,and proposes several strategies for the optimization of archives governance of construction projects based on the systematic grasp of the factors above in order to realize the goal of the high-quality development of construction projects.
