摘　　要：随着数字化进程的加速,企业数字档案的安全管理与隐私保护成为急需解决的重要议题。首先,通过深入分析企业数字档案的定义及其在现代企业运营中的重要性,探讨了当前数字档案所面临的安全威胁和隐私保护的主要挑战;其次,详细介绍了一系列的安全管理策略;最后,通过分析不同企业的案例,展示这些措施在实际应用中的效果,并提出相关的改进建议。目的是为企业在数字档案安全管理与隐私保护方面提供指导,以应对数字化时代的新变化、新挑战。With the acceleration of digitization,the security management and privacy protection of enterprise digital archives has become an urgent issue to be addressed.This paper first analyzes the definition of enterprise digital archives and their importance in modern business operation,and discusses the current security threats and main challenges for privacy protection facing digital archives.It then introduces in detail a series of security management strategies.Finally,through the analysis of case studies from different enterprises,the paper demonstrates the effectiveness of these measures in practical application and offers related improvement suggestions.The aim is to provide guidance for enterprises in digital archives security management and privacy protection,in order to meet the new changes and challenges of the digital age.
