摘　　要：随着“健康中国2030”战略的深入实施,社区居民健康档案的建立与完善已成为达成全民健康目标的核心基础工作。本文立足于当前社区居民健康档案建设的现状和所面临的挑战,探讨在“健康中国”战略框架下,如何高效推进社区居民健康档案的构建与优化,以实现居民健康管理的个性化和精准化,进而提升公共卫生服务的整体质量。With the deepening implementation of the"Healthy China 2030"strategy,the establishment and improvement of community residents'health records have become the core foundation for achieving the national health goal.Based on the current situation and challenges faced in the construction of community residents'health records,this paper explores how to efficiently promote the construction and optimization of community residents'health records under the framework of the"Healthy China"strategy,in order to achieve personalized and targeted health management of residents and improve the overall quality of public health services.
