摘　　要：数智时代,海量数字信息的汇集,使得智能服务被推到前沿位置。为适应数智技术带来的需求挑战,档案信息服务也要抢占前沿阵地,从实体档案管理向信息资源管理进而向知识管理发展。在现有理论指导框架下,探讨如何将高校档案知识管理的模式运用到实践管理中是一个逐步摸索、不断验证的过程。In the era of digital intelligence,the collection of massive digital information pushes the intelligent service to the forefront.To meet the demand challenge brought by the digital intelligence technology,the archival information service also needs to occupy the forefront position,from entity archives management to information resources management and then to knowledge archives management.Under the current framework of theoretical guidance,it is a process of gradual exploration and continuous verification to explore how to apply the mode of university archival knowledge management to practical management.
