摘　　要：档案管理是事业单位工作的重要内容,也是事业单位顺利开展工作的基础前提。但新时期事业单位档案管理也暴露出一些问题,导致管理职能未能充分发挥,不利于促进事业单位良好发展。鉴于此,本文将从概述事业单位档案管理展开,分析事业单位档案管理工作的重要意义及存在的问题,进而探讨如何切实有效地解决档案管理问题。Archives management is an important part of the work of public institutions and the fundamental prerequisite for their smooth work.However,in the new era,some problems in the management of archives in public institutions has also been exposed,resulting in the failure to give full play to management functions,which is not conducive to promoting the good development of public institutions.In view of this,this paper starts with an overview on archives management in public institutions,analyzes the important significance and existing problems of archives management in public institutions,and then explores how to effectively solve archives management problems.
