摘　　要：2023年,国家档案局提出全面贯彻落实党的二十大精神,以实现数字化战略转型为关键,系统谋划推进档案工作现代化建设,努力建设与社会主义现代化强国相适应的档案强国。以湖南省烟草公司株洲市公司(以下简称“公司”)为例,通过调查国有企业档案管理现状,分析存在的问题,探索开展数字档案资源鉴定与开放、数字化档案管理流程建设等,深度开发数字档案资源,提升企业档案数字化管理水平,服务企业现代化建设。In 2023,the National Archives Administration proposed to fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and with achieving digital strategic transformation as the key,systematically plan and promote the modernization of archival work,and strive to build a powerful archival country suitable for a modern powerful socialist one.Taking Hunan Tobacco Company Zhuzhou City Company(hereinafter referred to as the Company)as an example,by investigating the current situation of archives management in state-owned enterprises,the paper analyzes existing problems,explores the appraisal and opening of digital archival resources and the construction of digital archives management process,deeply develops digital archival resources,improves the level of digital archives management in enterprises,and serves the modernization construction of enterprises.
