摘　　要：阜丰面粉公司是近代华商创办的第一家机器面粉公司,对于近代中国面粉行业的发展具有引领与示范意义。在孙氏兄弟及其子侄的有效治理下,阜丰面粉公司在复杂多变的国内外市场环境下,不断前行、超越,最终缔造了阜丰系统的“面粉王国”,成为近代中国面粉行业的翘楚。Fufeng Flour Company is the first machinery flour company founded by modern Chinese businessmen.It is of leading and demonstrating significance for the development of the Chinese flour industry in modern times.Under the effective governance of the Sun brothers and their sons and nephews,Fufeng Flour Company continued to move forward and surpass in a complex and constantly changing domestic and foreign market environment.In the end,the"flour kingdom"of the Fufeng system was created and it became the leader of the Chinese flour industry in modern times.
