摘　　要：日俄战争期间,世界多国派遣军事人员随交战双方军队至战场观战。在大连博物馆二楼的展厅中,展示着一位英国观战武官向日方赠送的英国国旗。文章从藏品研究的角度入手,向历史研究深入。循着文物上留存的信息,探求其身世,并以此为契机,讲述文物背后的故事——还原赠送这面旗帜的英国军人观战活动的实像,对日俄战争期间的观战武官展开实证研究。During the Russo-Japanese War,military personnel were dispatched from multiple countries around the world to accompany the armies of both sides to the battlefield for observation.In the exhibition hall on the second floor of Dalian Museum,there is a British flag given to the Japanese by a British military officer.The paper starts from the perspective of collection research and delves deeper into historical research.Following the information preserved on the cultural relics,the paper explores their background and uses this as an opportunity to tell the story behind the relics--restoring the real-life image of the British military personnel who gave this flag as a gift for their war observation activities,and conducting empirical research on the military officers whoobserved thewarduring theRusso-Japanese War.
