摘　　要：2009年,彭立增放弃了原本优渥的工作,来到济南“自立门户”。2010年7月,带着借来的200万元,彭立增来到济南高新区注册成立了济南爱思医药科技有限公司(以下简称“爱思医药”)。从简单的仿制药研发及服务、中间体的生产和销售开始,到打造精英研发团队,与济南市高新区创业服务中心共同筹建“济南药谷化药中试公共服务平台”、在商河县搭建高端原料药综合服务平台……经过14年的发展,爱思医药已跻身国家高新技术企业、国家专精特新“小巨人”、山东省瞪羚企业行列,彭立增个人也荣获“庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年”纪念章、山东省有突出贡献的中青年专家等荣誉。Peng Lizeng is a scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship talent of Innovation Talent Promotion Plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology,a"Taishan Industry Leading Talent"of Shandong Province,a foreign academician of the Russian Academy of Engineering,the founder of Jinan Aisi Pharmaceutical Technology Co.,Ltd.,a researcher at the Institute of Agri-food Processing and Nutrition of Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences,and vice president of the Jinan High-level Talents Development Association.
