摘　　要：地方中小银行要统筹考虑当地经济发展水平、金融服务需求和市场空间、自身经营管理能力等因素,优化区域结构和市场布局,进一步专注主业,提质增效。习近平总书记深刻指出,加快建设金融强国。要以深化金融供给侧结构性改革为主线,加快构建中国特色现代金融体系。President Xi Jinping profoundly pointed out that we should accelerate the construction of a strong financial country.It is necessary to deepen the structural reform of the financial supply side as the main line,accelerate the construction of a modern financial system with Chinese characteristics,and establish a collaborative financial institution system.This provides a fundamental guideline and action guide for the high-quality development of local small and medium-sized banks.According to the article,at present,local small and medium-sized banks are facing increasing pressure on survival and development with challenging risk prevention and control.It is urgent to align their thoughts and actions with the spirit of President Xi Jinping's important exposition,effectively strengthen the leadership of the CPC and the party building,re-examine their positioning,adjust their business concepts,optimize their development paths,and achieve their own high-quality development in the context of efficient support for the real economy and service to the people's lives.
