AO钢板固定治疗腓骨骨折合并糖尿病临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析AO钢板固定治疗在胫骨腓骨骨折合并糖尿病患者治疗中具备的临床优势.方法:将2022年全年覆盖范围内前往院内行胫骨腓骨骨折合并糖尿病治疗的患者纳为受试对象(n=80),依据患者就诊时序、双盲法分组结局与患者治疗方案令患者依次为对照组(n=40,实施切开复位钢板内固定治疗)与研究组(n=40,实施AO钢板治疗方案).于治疗后3个月后随访,观察患者并发症发生情况;治疗结局;住院时长、X线LaneSandhu型骨痂评分与骨折愈合时间.结果:研究组患者、愈合延迟、钉固定物断裂、骨不连的总构成比更低,但与对照组患者比较组间无统计意义(P>0.05).同时六个月后的治疗有效率更高,此外X线LaneSandhu型骨痂评分更高,以上观察指标与对照组患者比较组间统计意义突出(P<0.05).结论:AO钢板固定治疗在胫骨腓骨骨折合并糖尿病患者治疗中可有效协同患者获得理想的远期治疗效果.Objective:To analyze the clinical advantages of AO plate fixation in the treatment of tibia and fibula fractures with diabetes.Methods:The patients who went to the hospital for treatment of tibia and fibula fracture combined with diabetes in 2022 were included as the subjects(n=80).According to the time sequence of patients'visit,the outcome of double-blind grouping and the treatment plan of patients,the patients were divided into the control group(n=4o,with internal fixation with open reposition plate)and the study group(n=40,with AO plate treatment plan).Follow up 3 months after treatment to observe the occurrence of complications in the patient;Treatment outcome;Length of hospitalization,X-ray LaneSandhu type callus score,and fracture healing time.Result:The total composition ratio of patients in the study group,delayed healing,nail fixation fracture,and bone non union was lower,but there was no statistical significance between the groups compared to the control group patients(P>0.05).At the same time,the treatment effectiveness rate is higher after six months,and the X-ray LaneSandhu type callus score is higher.The above observation indicators have significant statistical significance compared to the control group patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:AO plate fixation can effectively cooperate with the patients in the treatment of tibia and fibula fracture with diabetes to obtain an ideal long-term treatment effect.
