持针器在采血患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的观察持针器在采血患者中的应用效果,以探究更为有效、安全的采血方法,为临床采血提供指导。方法选取2022年5月—2023年2月天津医科大学朱宪彝纪念医院收治的静脉采血患者110例,随机分为对照组和观察组各55例。对照组患者采用真空试管加普通蝶翼式采血针采血,观察组患者采用真空试管相匹配的持针器及采血针进行采血。比较两组患者采血过程中不良事件发生率和满意率。结果观察组不良事件发生率为0.00%,低于对照组的7.27%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.1509,P<0.05)。观察组采血总满意率为94.55%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.2381,P<0.05)。结论患者进行静脉采血时应用持针器具有较好的效果,可降低漏血、针头脱出、针刺伤等不良事件的发生,保证了采血顺利完成及患者的安全,同时还提升了患者的满意率,值得在门诊采血中应用及推广。Objective To observe the application effect of needle holder in blood collection patients,in order to explore more effective and safe blood collection methods,and provide guidance for clinical blood collection.Methods A total of 110 patients with venous blood collection admitted to Tianjin Medical University Chu Hsien-I Memorial Hospital from May 2022 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 55 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received blood collection using a vacuum test tube and a common butterfly wing blood collection needle,while the patients in the observation group received blood collection using a needle holder and blood collection needle matched with the vacuum test tube.The incidence of adverse events and satisfaction rates during blood collection between two groups of patients were compared.Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 0.00%,which was lower than 7.27%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.1509,P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of blood collection in the observation group was 94.55%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.2381,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of needle holder during venous blood collection of patients had a good effect,which could reduce the occurrence of adverse events such as blood leakage,needle detachment and needle puncture,ensure the smooth completion of blood collection and patients'safety,and also improve patients'satisfaction rate.It was worth applying and promoting in outpatient blood collection.
