痔疮膏联合生肌膏对肛周脓肿手术患者的效果

摘　　要：目的观察痔疮膏联合生肌膏应用于肛周脓肿手术患者的临床效果,探究促进患者术后恢复的有效方法。方法选取2021年5月—2023年5月天津市滨海新区大港医院收治的行肛周脓肿手术患者81例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组40例和观察组41例。对照组患者给予马应龙痔疮膏无菌纱布覆盖,观察组患者另外加用消炎生肌膏无菌纱布覆盖于患处。比较两组患者疗效、症状缓解时长、创面渗出评分、肉芽组织生长评分、疼痛评分及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.322,P<0.05)。观察组创面愈合时间、创面出血停止时间及创面水肿缓解时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,观察组创面渗出评分和肉芽组织生长评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为2.44%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.322,P<0.05)。结论痔疮膏联合生肌膏可有效加速肛周脓肿术后患者创面的愈合,减轻患者疼痛,降低患者术后不良反应发生率,治疗较为安全,值得临床应用推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of hemorrhoid ointment combined with myogenic ointment applied to patients undergoing perianal abscess surgery,and explore the effective methods to promote postoperative recovery of patients.Methods Eighty-one patients treated in Tianjin Binhai New Area Dagang Hospital undergoing perianal abscess surgery from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into control group with 40 cases and observation group with 41 cases according to random number table method.The control group was covered with Mayinglong hemorrhoid ointment sterile gauze,and the observation group was covered with anti-inflammatory myogenic ointment sterile gauze in addition.The efficacy,duration of symptom remission,wound exudation score,granulation tissue growth score,pain score and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.56%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.322,P<0.05).The wound healing time,wound bleeding cessation time and wound edema relief time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After two weeks treatment,the wound exudation score and granulation tissue growth score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.44%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.322,P<0.05).(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemorrhoid ointment combined with myogenic ointment could effectively accelerate the wound healing of patients with perianal abscess surgery,reduce the pain of patients and the incidence of postoperative adverse rea
