摘 要:通过固相反应法制备了具有钙钛矿结构的La_(1-x)Ba_(x)CrO_(3)(0≤x≤0.3)多晶样品,利用X射线衍射对其晶体结构进行表征,并对X射线衍射数据进行了精修,获得La_(1-x)Ba_(x)CrO_(3)系列样品的晶体结构数据,测量了所有样品在低温下的磁化强度和电阻率,随着Ba含量的增加,反铁磁转变温度降低,在反铁磁转变温度以下,反铁磁性与铁磁性共存,La_(1-x)Ba_(x)CrO_(3)在低温下的电阻率表现出半导体特性,随Ba含量的增加电阻率降低.Polycrystalline La_(1-x)Ba_(x)CrO_(3)(0≤x≤0.3)samples with perovskite structure have been synthesized in air via a solid-state reaction method.Their crystal structure was investigated by X-ray diffraction and all of X-ray diffraction data was refined.The detail structural parameters of La_(1-x)Ba_(x)CrO_(3)were summarized.DC magnetization and resistivity at low temperature were measured.The antiferromagnetic transition temperature was continuously suppressed with increasing Ba content and antiferromagnetism and ferromagnetism coexist in La_(1-x)Ba_(x)CrO_(3)samples below antiferromagnetic transition temperature.The resistivity at low temperature showed semiconductor characteristics and decreased with the increase of Ba content.
