摘 要:稳态强磁场实验装置水冷系统主要用于带走大功率水冷磁体运行过程中所产生的热量.为了防止水中的离子导电,磁体循环冷却水采用去离子水,因此水冷系统配备了10 m^(3)/h的去离子水制备系统及65 m^(3)/h的提纯系统,以保障循环水水质的高稳定性.磁体循环冷却水的热量通过板式换热器由低温冷冻水带走.系统在纯水制备及提纯过程中存在排水量大,排水水质高等特征,而在冷冻水制备过程中则存在较高的冷却水蒸发损失.本文结合系统特征对其各环节排水量及其水质等进行了分析,得出了该类型水冷系统的水耗特征及系统日均水耗.结合水质,对纯水系统的主要排水进行了回用方案分析并通过计算得出了最大回用率.The 20 MW level cooling water system is mainly used to take away the heat generated during the operation of high-power resistive magnets.In order to prevent ionic conduction in the water,deionized water is used as the magnet circulating cooling water.Thus the cooling water system equips with a 10 m^(3)/h deionized water production system and 65 m^(3)/h purification system.The heat generated by the magnet is carried away by the lowtemperature chilled water through the plate heat exchanger,thus a shock refrigeration cycle is applied.The displacement is large and drainage quality is high during the production and purification of deionized water,while existing a high loss of cooling water evaporation in the process of preparation of chilled water.In this paper,the water displacement and water quality of each unit are analyzed,and the water consumption characteristics of this type of water cooling system are obtained.It is indicated that the average daily water consumption of this system is approximately 257.25 tons.According to the difference of drainage,a reuse scheme of the system is designed,and the maximum reuse rate is 48.90%.
