摘　　要：目的通过循证医学工具Meta分析对地屈孕酮联合阿司匹林治疗PCOS的效果进行比较。方法两名研究人员分别以中文检索词“阿司匹林、地屈孕酮、多囊卵巢综合征”检索建库以来至2022年3月的中文数据库,包括:万方数据库、中国知网数据库及中国生物医学文献数据库搜索国内公开发表关于对地屈孕酮联合阿司匹林治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的疗效比较的期刊文献。将需要治疗的PCOS患者分为两组,即观察组:地屈孕酮联合阿司匹林组,对照组:单纯使用地屈孕酮组,采取对照研究;以PCSO患者性激素:卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)及有效率为观察指标提取数据。两名研究人员严格按照NOS量表对纳入的样本研究进行质量评价。采用STATA 16.0软件生成的森林图进行上述描述,通过Begger检验及Egger检验对发表偏倚进行评估,通过灵敏度分析验证合并后的效应量是否稳定可信。以P<0.05被认为差异有统计学意义。研究纳入结果测量指标为计数资料,有效率采用优势比(OR值)、FSH、LH及T采用标准均数差(SMD值)及其95%可信区间(95%CI)为疗效分析效应量。结果在经治疗后比较观察组与对照组FSH激素水平的差异:共有8项研究涉及FSH水平的比较(1003例PCOS患者),Meta分析结果:SMD值=-1.30,95%CI:-1.76~0.84;对比地屈孕酮与联合使用阿司匹林在LH激素水平的差异:共有8项研究涉及LH水平的比较(1003例PCOS患者),Meta分析结果:SMD值=-2.04,95%CI:-2.45~-1.02,P<0.01;在T激素水平方面的差异:共有7项研究涉及T水平的比较(919例PCOS患者),Meta分析结果:SMD值=-1.33,95%CI:-1.96~-0.71,P<0.01;对他们的有效率进行比较,Meta分析结果显示:8项研究涉及有效率的比较(776例PCOS患者),OR值=4.35,95%CI:2.70~7.01,P<0.01,经过偏倚检验以及灵敏度分析后,结果稳定可信。结论结合对观察组以及对照组治疗后的激素水平对比,地屈孕酮联合阿司匹�Objective To compare the efficacy of didrogesterone combined with aspirin in the treatment of PCOS through meta-analysis of evidence-based medicine tools.Methods Two researchers searched the Chinese database from its establishment to March 2022 using the Chinese search terms"aspirin,didrogesterone,polycystic ovary syndrome"respectively,including:Wanfang Database,CNKI database and China Biomedical literature database searched the domestic published journal literature on the efficacy comparison of dydrogesterone combined with aspirin in the treatment of PCOS.PCOS patients requiring treatment were divided into two groups:experimental group:dydrogesterone combined with aspirin group;control group:dydrogesterone alone group,a control study;The sex hormones FSH,LH,T and the response rate of PCOS patients were used as observation indexes.Two researchers conducted quality evaluation of the included sample studies in strict accordance with NOS scale.Forest map generated by STATA 16.0 software was used to describe the above,publication bias was evaluated by Begger test and Egger test,and sensitivity analysis was conducted to verify whether the combined effect size was stable and credible.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.The outcome measures included in this study were counting data,and the odds ratio(OR value),FSH,LH and T were used as the efficacy analysis effect size,and the standard mean difference(SMD value)and 95%confidence interval(95%CI)were used as the effective rate.Results After treatment,differences in FSH hormone levels between the experimental group and the control group were compared:a total of 8 studies were conducted to compare FSH levels(1003 patients with PCOS).Results of Meta analysis:SMD value=-1.30,95%confidence interval:-1.76-0.84;Comparison of LH hormone levels between didrogesterone and aspirin:A total of 8 studies(1003 patients with PCOS)were conducted to compare LH levels.Results of Meta-analysis:SMD=-2.04,95%confidence interval:-2.45 to-1.02,P<0.01;Differences in T hormone levels:A
