摘　　要：随着超声技术的快速发展与麻醉方式多样性的增加,神经阻滞技术被广泛应用于围手术期镇痛。超声引导下弓状韧带上腰方肌阻滞(QLB‑LSAL)是一种将药物注射至外侧弓状韧带上腰方肌前侧的新型躯干阻滞技术。文章就腰方肌‑胸腰筋膜处解剖特点及镇痛机制、穿刺入路方法、围手术期应用三个方面进行综述,为其临床应用提供参考。With the rapid development of ultrasound techniques and the increasing diversity of anesthesia methods,nerve block technique is widely used for perioperative analgesia.Ultrasound‑guided quadratus lumborum block at the lateral supra‑arcuate ligament(QLB‑LSAL)is a new truncal blockade,which involves the administration of medication into the anterior aspect of the quadratus lumborum at the lateral supra‑arcuate ligament.This review summarizes the anatomical characteristics of quadratus lumborum‑thoracolumbar fascia and analgesic mechanism,puncture approaches,and perioperative application,in order to provide reference for clinical application.
