摘 要:以FLUENT15.0为计算平台,采用数值模拟的方法对钢坯加热试验炉内的定向辐射传热特性进行了研究。结果表明,在炉顶安装定向辐射体,不仅能提高钢坯表面的平均换热热流,而且能使炉内温度分布均匀,缩小低温区,增大高温区有利于提高钢坯的加热质量。定向辐射体安装数量对炉膛平均温度、烟气流场、钢坯表面热流和出口烟气温度均有影响,但随定向辐射体安装数量的增多影响程度逐渐减弱。The directional radiation heat transfer characteristics in a billet heating test furnace were studied by numerical simulation on FLUENT 15.O platform.The results show that installing directional radiators at the furnace top can not only improve the average heat transfer flux on the billet surfaces,but also ontributes to a uniform temperature distribution within the furnace,reducing the low-temperature zones and increasing the high-temperature zones,thereby benefiting the heating quality of the billets.The installation quantity of directional radiators has an impact on the average furnace temperature,flue gas flow field,surface heat flux of the billet and exhaust gas temperature,but the impact magnitude gradually decreases with the increase of the installation quantity of directional radiators.
