西部地区非遗资源与公共文化服务的共生关系及影响因素分析

摘　　要：非遗资源与公共文化服务的共生发展既是满足人民群众文化需求的重要手段,又是盘活非遗资源,还是实现其与当前社会和谐发展的主要途径。从理论和实证视角对西部地区非遗资源与公共文化服务的共生关系进行分析,采用Boruta算法对影响因素进行识别,结果表明:非遗资源与公共文化服务有明确的共生界面、共同可利用的资源,两者满足共生条件;以甘肃省为例,各市州非遗资源和公共文化服务地区差异显著,共生关系并不紧密,绝大部分地区存在文化富饶型贫困问题;西部地区非遗资源与公共文化服务的共生关系主要是内外部共生环境共同作用的结果,具体表现为内部以非遗资源嵌入为核心,外部结合经济推动、科技驱动、市场促动和需求拉动,实现两者的共生发展。The symbiotic development of intangible cultural heritage resources and public cultural services is not only an important means to meet the cultural needs of the people,but also the main way to revitalize intangible cultural heritage resources and achieve harmonious development with the current society.Analyze the symbiotic relationship between intangible cultural heritage resources and public cultural services in the western region from both theoretical and empirical perspectives,and use the Boruta algorithm to identify influencing factors,The results show that intangible cultural heritage resources and public cultural services have a clear symbiotic interface,share available resources,and both meet the conditions for symbiosis:taking Gansu Province as an example,there are significant diferences in intangible cultural heritage resources and public cultural services among different cities and states,and the symbiotic relationship is not close.The vast majority of regions have cultural richness and poverty problems;the symbiotic relationship between intangible cultural heritage resources and public cultural services in the western region is mainly the result of the joint action of the internal and external symbiotic environment.Specifically,it is manifested as the internal embedding of intangible cultural heritage resources as the core,combined with economic drive,technological drive,market drive,and demand drive,to achieve the symbiotic development of the two.
