摘  要:沸石分子筛是化学工业领域应用极为广泛的固体催化剂之一,但其微孔结构也为沸石分子筛在实际应用中带来了一些限制.多级孔分子筛结合了分子筛微孔孔道良好的催化性能和介孔或大孔系统优秀的传质能力,使其在不同的催化反应中特别是含有大分子的反应中表现出优异的催化性能,因此多级孔分子筛的制备成为了当下的研究热点.相较于其他制备方法,软模板法能更好地控制所制备的多级孔分子筛的介孔结构和孔道尺寸.本文以多级孔分子筛的种类作为分类依据,系统地阐述了不同软模板剂对多级孔分子筛结构及催化性能的影响,提出了目前存在的问题,并对其发展前景进行了展望.Zeolite is one of the widely used solid catalysts in the chemical industry,but its microporous structure also brings some limitations to the practical applications.The hierarchical zeolites have exhibited excellent catalytic performance in different catalytic reactions,especially for those containing large molecules,which is because they combine the excellent catalytic performance of micropores and the excellent mass transfer ability of mesoporous or microporous systems.Therefore,the preparation of hierarchical zeolites has become a current research hot issue.Compared to other preparation methods,the soft template method can better control the mesoporous structure and pore size of the prepared hierarchical zeolites.In this review,the effects of different soft templates on the structure and catalytic performance of hierarchical zeolites are systematically described based on zeolite type.The challenges of preparation of hierarchical zeolites via soft template method at present are put forward,and their development directions are proposed.
