国内外知识管理研究梳理——基于Web of Science和CNKI的可视化分析

摘　　要：本文运用文献计量学的方法分析中、英文数据库中知识管理的研究现状,探究其当前热点和今后研究方向。本文利用CiteSpace可视化软件分别对Web of Science(WOS)和中国知网(CNKI)数据库进行中、英文文献检索,检索日期分别为2018~2023年和2019~2023年,采用软件对文献的作者、机构及关键词进行了分析,绘制了相应的可视化图谱,深度探究了国内外知识管理的研究现状,揭示了国内和国外的研究起源和研究进程。本文分别纳入了416篇和220篇中、英文核心文献。结果显示:中英文发文量呈持续上升趋势。近五年发文最多的国外机构是意大利都灵大学,国内发文最多的机构是吉林大学。国外核心作者发文量少于国内核心作者,但国外核心作者合作网络较为全面,而国内作者合作网络仅限于研究团队成员之间。通过可视化分析发现:国内研究热点集中在隐性知识与知识共享、知识创新与组织学习、知识转移与创新绩效等方面,未来研究将聚焦于知识管理与科技成果转化、知识的识别和度量、实证研究方法拓展等方面。国外研究热点集中在企业管理、大数据等方面,未来将集中于企业知识管理和知识管理相关技术方面。This paper uses bibliometric methods to analyze the current research status of knowledge management in Chinese and English databases,and to explore its current hotspots and future research directions.In this paper,CiteSpace visualization software was used to conduct Chinese and English literature search on Web of Science(WOS)and China Knowledge Network(CNKI)databases respectively,with the search dates of 2018~2023 and 2019~2023.The software was used to analyze the authors,organizations and keywords of the literature,and to draw the corresponding visual maps,and to deeply explored the current research status of knowledge management at home and abroad,revealing the origins of research and the research process at home and abroad.This paper includes 416 and 220 core documents in Chinese and English respectively.The results show that the number of Chinese and English language articles issued is on a continuous upward trend.The foreign institution with the most publications in the past five years is the University of Turin,Italy,and the domestic institution with the most publications is Jilin University.The number of articles published by foreign core authors is less than that of domestic core authors,but the co-operation network of foreign core authors is more comprehensive,while the co-operation network of domestic authors is limited to research team members.Through visual analysis,it is found that domestic research hotspots focus on tacit knowledge and knowledge sharing,knowledge innovation and organizational learning,knowledge transfer and innovation performance,etc.Future research will focus on knowledge management and transformation of scientific and technological achievements,identification and measurement of knowledge,and expansion of empirical research methods.Foreign research hotspots focus on enterprise management,big data,etc.Future research will focus on enterprise knowledge management and knowledge management-related technologies.
