摘  要:目的:分析识别当前影响上海市高校大学生就业的关键因素,并从多元共建角度提出对策建议。方法:使用问卷调查法,收集上海市部分高校大学生就业意愿需求和高校辅导员就业工作开展情况。使用SPSS软件,利用回归分析和相关性分析识别影响上海市大学生就业的关键因素,并解释这些关键因素和政府、高校、社会、学生个人等角色之间的关系。结果:研究发现,就业歧视、职业教育、校企合作共建等因素对上海市大学生就业意愿产生影响,政府、高校等部门应采取措施保障大学生就业权益,改革大学生职业教育课程,提高产学研合作水平,扭转大学生就业观念,为上海市大学生实现高质量充分就业提供支持。Objective:To analyze and identify the key factors affecting the employment of college students in Shanghai,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of diverse co-construction.Method:Using the questionnaire survey method,collect the employment willingness needs of some college students in Shanghai and the employment work of college counselors.Using SPSS software,using regression analysis and correlation analysis to identify the key factors affecting the employment of college students in Shanghai,and explain the relationship between these key factors and the roles of the government,universities,society,and individual students.Results:The study found that employment discrimination,vocational education,school-enterprise cooperation and co-construction and other factors have an impact on the employment willingness of college students in Shanghai.The government,universities and other departments should take measures to protect the employment rights and interests of college students,reform the vocational education courses of college students,improve the level of industry-university-research cooperation,reverse the employment concept of college students,and provide support for the realization of high-quality and full employment of college students in Shanghai.
