负面报道中的“二次伤害”现象分析——以“李玟事件”为例

摘　　要：媒体采取不当方式对负面新闻的受害人及家属进行采访或报道而导致“二次伤害”,在我国新闻传媒界屡见不鲜。本文以“李玟去世事件”为例,从“二次伤害”的角度审视在负面报道中出现的报道主题混淆、隐私过度披露、网络暴力等现象,揭示新闻专业主义、新闻伦理困境,并从政府、传媒机构、新闻从业人员、媒体平台、公众等方面提出相关规避措施。The media adopt improper methods to interview or report the victim and family negative news,resulting in“secondary injury”,which is common in the news media circle in our country.Taking“Coco Lee’s death incident”as an example,this paper examines the phenomena such as confusion of reporting themes,excessive disclosure of privacy,and network violence in negative reports from the perspective of“secondary damage”,revealing the dilemma of journalism professionalism and journalism ethics,and proposes relevant circumvention measures from the aspects of government,media organizations,news practitioners,media platforms,and the public.
