目标管理法和关键绩效指标法在医院病案书写质量绩效管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨目标管理法和关键绩效指标法在医院病案书写质量绩效管理中的应用效果。方法本院共采集两个时间段的数据:一是绩效管理考核实施前(2020年5月至2020年12月),二是考核实施后(2021年5月2021年至12月),每个时间段均采集50例病案。通过对比这两个时期内医院医师病案书写质量的变化,旨在深入了解考核制度的有效性。结果实施病案书写绩效指标后,病案质量明显提升,反映出医务人员对病案书写质量的关注和改进,促进了医疗服务水平的提升(P<0.05)。实施病案书写绩效指标后,病案书写及时性有所提高(P<0.05)。实施病案绩效奖惩模式后(P<0.05),医护人员的病案书写积极性及主动性有所提高。结论目标管理法和关键绩效指标法在医院病案书写质量绩效管理中展现出显著的应用效果。这一系列措施为医院的发展和壮大提供了重要的支撑和保障,有助于促进医疗服务的提升,也有助于提升医院的整体竞争力,为患者提供更加优质的医疗服务。Objective To explore the application effect of target management method and key performance indicator method in the quality performance management of hospital medical record writing.Methods The hospital collected data in two periods:before the implementation of performance management assessment(May 2020 to December 2020)and after the implementation of performance management assessment(May 2021 to December 2021),50 medical records were collected in each period.By comparing the changes in the quality of medical record writing by hospital physicians during these two periods,the aim is to gain a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of the assessment system.Results After implementing the performance indicators for medical record writing,the quality of medical records significantly improved,reflecting the attention and improvement of medical personnel on the quality of medical record writing,and promoting the improvement of medical service level(P<0.05).After implementing the performance indicators for medical record writing,the timeliness of medical record writing has been improved(P<0.05).After implementing the medical record performance reward and punishment model,the enthusiasm and initiative of medical staff in writing medical records have been improved(P<0.05).Conclusions The target management method and key performance indicator method have shown significant application effects in the quality performance management of hospital medical record writing.This series of measures provides important support and guarantee for the development and growth of hospitals,helps to promote the improvement of medical services,enhance the overall competitiveness of hospitals,and provide patients with higher quality medical services.
