小儿肺炎支原体肺炎应用阿奇霉素序贯疗法的效果

摘　　要：目的探析阿奇霉素序贯法治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)的价值。方法取我院2021年1月至2023年1月94例MPP患儿,按治疗方法分为两组,47例行药物常规治疗划入对照组,47例选择阿奇霉素序贯疗法纳入观察组,分析组间效果。结果经治疗,观察组疗效、肺功能、症状改善时间、炎性因子水平、体液免疫功能均较对照组更佳(P<0.05)。两组不良反应分析无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论MPP患儿行阿奇霉素序贯疗法获得了显著疗效,利于症状消退,肺功能改善,炎性反应减轻,免疫功能改善,且具较高安全性。Objective To explore the value of azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia(MPP)in children.Methods From January 2021 to January 2023,94 children with MPP in our hospital were divided into two groups by treatment,47 cases were assigned to the control group with routine medication,and 47 cases were assigned to the observation group with azithromycin sequential therapy,and the effects between the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,the curative effect,lung function,symptom improvement time,inflammatory factor level and humoral immune function of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reaction analysis between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Azithromycin sequential therapy for MPP children has achieved remarkable curative effect,which is beneficial to the regression of symptoms,the improvement of lung function,the reduction of inflammatory reaction and the improvement of immune function,and has high safety.
