自制羊水及液体收集袋在剖宫产术中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究自制羊水及液体收集袋在剖宫产手术中预防羊水及液体外渗的效果。方法选择2021年12月至2022年5月在我院行剖宫产术中的100例产妇,采用随机数字表法分成试验组和对照组,试验组使用自制羊水及液体收集袋,对照组使用常规方法收集羊水及液体。收集、记录两组产妇基础临床数据(年龄、体重指数、是否为瘢痕子宫、术前体温)和临床检测指标(凝血功能INR、血小板计数、C反应蛋白、白细胞计数)以及术中舒适满意度。结果试验组在使用自制羊水及液体收集袋后,术中液体渗透量降低,试验组体温较对照组术中出现低体温例数少、术后发热例数少,试验组术后白细胞计数、CRP均较对照组低,试验组术中舒适性满意度调查得分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论自制羊水及液体收集袋在剖宫产术中可防止羊水及液体外渗,减少或降低术中低体温现象,降低感染风险,提高产妇舒适性满意度,值得临床中广泛推广。Objective To study the effect of self-made amniotic fluid and fluid collection bag in preventing extravasation of amniotic fluid and fluid during cesarean section.Methods 100 puerperae who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from December 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method.The experimental group used self-made amniotic fluid and fluid collection bags to collect amniotic fluid and fluid.The control group used conventional methods to collect amniotic fluid and fluid.The basic clinical data(age,Body Mass Index,Whether it is a scar uterus,perioperative body temperature),clinical test indicators(coagulation function INR,platelet count,CRP,white blood cell count)and intraoperative comfort satisfaction of the two groups were collected and recorded.Results The intraoperative fluid permeability of the experimental group was significantly reduced after using the self-made amniotic fluid collection bag.Compared with the control group,the experimental group had fewer cases of hypothermia during the operation,fewer postoperative fever cases.The postoperative white blood cell count and CRP in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of the intraoperative comfort satisfaction survey in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Self-made amniotic fluid and other fluid collection bag can prevent extravasation of amniotic fluid and other fluid during cesarean section,reduce intraoperative hypothermia,reduce the risk of infection,and improve maternal comfort satisfaction,which is worthy of widespread promotion in clinical practice.
