手法复位夹板固定结合外敷中药治疗Barton骨折的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨手法复位夹板固定结合外敷中药治疗Barton骨折的临床效果。方法选取本院2015年1月至2023年10月门诊及住院符合Barton骨折确诊患者70例,经随机数字表法分为两组,对照组患者给予手法复位联合小夹板固定患肢于前臂中立位,试验组给予手法复位联合小夹板固定基础上增加外敷中药。比较两组的骨折愈合情况及疗效。结果试验组肿胀消退时间和骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手法复位夹板固定结合外敷中药治疗Barton骨折的效果满意,可有效防止骨折再次移位,缩短治疗时间。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of manual reduction and splint fixation combined with external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of Barton's fracture.Methods From January 2015 to October 2023,70 patients diagnosed with Barton's fracture in outpatient and inpatient departments of our hospital were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group was given manual reduction combined with small splint to fix the affected limb in the neutral forearm position,and the experimental group was given manual reduction combined with small splint combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine.The fracture healing and curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results The swelling regression time and fracture healing time of experimental group were shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of manual reduction and splint fixation combined with external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of Barton's fracture is satisfactory,which can effectively prevent the fracture from shifting again and shorten the treatment time.
