安全风险防御机制的分组授权管理对手术室护理管理质量及应急能力的影响

摘　　要：目的探究安全风险防御机制的分组授权管理在手术室护理运用中,对其管理质量以及应急能力的影响。方法选择2022年4月至2023年4月期间手术室护士64名作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(32名,常规管理)与观察组(32名,安全风险防御机制的分组授权管理)。对比两组护理质量评分、管理风险事件发生率、应急处理能力、工作积极性、术中配合熟练性、设备器械使用能力。结果观察组护理质量评分、应急处理能力、工作积极性、术中配合熟练性以及设备器械使用能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组管理风险事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理管理中引进安全风险防御机制的分组授权管理,能够有效提升管理质量,降低风险事件发生率,同时提升护士的应急能力,促进护患关系的和谐发展。Objective To explore the impact of grouped authorization management of safety risk defense mechanisms on the quality of management and emergency response capabilities in operating room nursing.Methods Sixty-four operating room nurses from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group(n=32 cases,routine management)and an observation group(n=32 cases,group authorization management of safety risk defense mechanism).Compare the nursing quality scores,management risk event incidence rate,emergency response ability,work enthusiasm,proficiency in intraoperative cooperation,and equipment and instrument usage ability between two groups.Results The nursing quality score,emergency response ability,work enthusiasm,proficiency in intraoperative cooperation,and equipment usage ability score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of management risk events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Introducing a safety risk defense mechanism and group authorization management in operating room nursing management can effectively improve management quality,reduce the incidence of risk events,enhance the emergency response ability of nurses,and promote the harmonious development of nurse patient relationships.
