个性化护理干预在小儿过敏性紫癜护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析个性化护理在过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿中的应用效果。方法以76例HSP患儿为研究对象,随机分为研究组(n=38)与对照组(n=38)。对照组接受常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上接受个性化护理。比较两组依从性、症状缓解时间、住院时间、营养指标、家属护理满意度。结果研究组护理操作、饮食方案依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组消化道症状缓解时间、紫癜消退时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组2周后血清前白蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理可加快HSP患儿症状缓解,降低营养风险,提升护理满意度。Objective To know the effect of individual nursing in children with Henoch-Schönlein purpura(HSP).Methods Seventy-six children with HSP were selected as the study subjects,randomly divided into study group(n=38)and control group(n=38).The control group received routine care,while the study group received individual nursing on the basis of routine care.The compliance,symptom relief time,hospital stay,nutritional indicators,and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The compliance rate of nursing procedures and dietary plans of study group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The study group had significantly shorter relief time of gastrointestinal symptoms,purpura resolution,and hospital stay compared to control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks,the serum prealbumin of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusions Individual nursing can accelerate symptoms relief of children with HSP,reduce nutritional risk,and improve nursing satisfaction.
