早期康复护理干预在腰椎内固定融合术患者中的应用效果  

On the Application Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention in Patients Undergoing Lumbar Spine Internal Fixation and Fusion Surgery

摘　　要：目的腰椎内固定融合术术后康复十分重要,本文分析对此类患者实施早期康复护理干预的应用效果。方法此次研究共计抽取研究对象86例,均为2021年3月至2023年9月期间在我院接受腰椎内固定融合术治疗的患者,以随机数字表法分组,其中43例患者实施常规护理为对照组;其余43例患者除实施常规护理外,增加早期康复护理干预为试验组。对比两组护理满意度、干预前后疼痛度VAS评分、腰椎功能JOA评分、生活能力ADL评分以及生活质量评分。结果试验组护理满意度为97.67%高于对照组的81.40%(P<0.05);干预前,两组VAS评分、JOA评分、ADL评分对比差异不明显(P>0.05),干预后,试验组VAS评分比对照组低,JOA评分和ADL评分比对照组高(P<0.05);干预前,两组SF-36量表中各维度评分对比差异均不明显(P>0.05),干预后,试验组SF-36量表中各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于腰椎内固定融合术患者,运用早期康复护理干预效果良好,能明显缓解患者术后疼痛状况,提升生活自理能力,促进腰椎功能恢复,使患者生活品质得到改善,还能赢得患者及家属较高的护理满意度,护理模式值得肯定。Objective Rehabilitation after lumbar internal fixation and fusion is very important.This article analyzes the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention for such patients.Methods A total of 86 subjects were selected in this study,all of whom received lumbar internal fixation and fusion treatment in our hospital from March 2021 to September 2023.They were divided by random number table method,among which 43 patients received routine care as the control group.The other 43 patients in addition to routine nursing,adding early rehabilitation nursing intervention as the experimental group.Nursing satisfaction,pain VAS score,lumbar function JOA score,life ability ADL score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of experimental group was 97.67%higher than that of control group 81.40%(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in VAS score,JOA score and ADL score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,VAS score in experimental group was lower than that in control group,JOA score and ADL score were higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in SF-36 scale scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,SF-36 scale scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients undergoing lumbar spine internal fixation and fusion surgery,early rehabilitation nursing intervention has a good effect,can significantly alleviate postoperative pain,improve self-care ability,promote lumbar spine function recovery,improve patient quality of life,and win high nursing satisfaction from patients and their families.The nursing model is worthy of recognition.
