行为转变理论护理联合被动康复训练对脑出血患者术后康复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的分析行为转变理论护理联合被动康复训练对脑出血患者术后康复效果的作用。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月我院护理的60例脑出血术后患者,按随机数字表法将患者分为试验组(30例)和对照组(30例),分别予以行为转变理论护理联合被动康复训练、单独被动康复训练,对比两组康复效果、认知功能、自我管理能力水平改善情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组优良率高于对照组(P<0.05),护理前,两组认知功能评分以及自我管理能力评分相比无明显差异(P>0.05),护理后,试验组认知功能评分、自我管理能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论行为转变理论护理联合被动康复训练在脑出血术后患者的的应用,可提高患者康复优良率,提升患者认知功能及自我管理能力,降低不良反应。Objective To analyze the rehabilitation effect of behavioral change nursing combined with passive rehabilitation training on patients after cerebral hemorrhage surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients nursing in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 after intracerebral hemorrhage surgery were selected and divided into experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The patients were given behavioral change nursing combined with passive rehabilitation training and passive rehabilitation training alone,respectively.The improvement of rehabilitation effect,cognitive function,self-management ability and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in cognitive function scores and self-management ability scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of cognitive function and self-management ability of experimental group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of behavioral change theory nursing combined with passive rehabilitation training has a positive impact on the rehabilitation of patients after cerebral hemorrhage surgery.It can improve the excellent and good rate of patient recovery,enhance patients'cognitive function and self-management ability,and reduce adverse reactions.
