人文关怀护理在恢复期精神分裂症心理状态改善中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀护理对精神分裂症(恢复期)患者的临床应用效果。方法研究时间为2022年7月至2023年7月,共收集90例研究对象的临床资料,这些患者均为精神分裂症(恢复期)患者,在南平市第三医院精神科接受治疗。分组方法为随机数字表法,对照组(n=45,常规护理)与研究组(n=45,人文关怀护理),对比两组治疗依从性、精神症状评分、负性情绪评分、社会、自我认知能力评分。结果研究组治疗依从性较对照组高,P<0.05;研究组阴性、阳性、精神症状及总分较对照组低,P<0.05;研究组焦虑、抑郁评分均较对照组低,P<0.05;研究组社会功能、自我认知能力评分均较对照组高,P<0.05。结论对精神分裂症(恢复期)患者采取人文关怀护理发挥了显著的效果,患者治疗依从性提高,负面情绪得到了缓解,精神症状得到减轻,提高了患者的社会能力和自我认知能力,患者能够获得良好的护理体验。Objective To explore the effect of adopting humanistic care in the nursing of patients with schizophrenia during the recovery period on improving their psychological state.Methods Ninety recovered schizophrenia patients admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were randomly divided into a control group(n=45,routine care)and a study group(n=45,humanistic care)using a random number table method.Treatment compliance,psychiatric symptom scores,negative emotional scores,social and self-cognition scores were compared between the two groups.Results Compare the control group,in terms of treatment compliance,the study group had a higher score(P<0.05);in terms of mental symptoms,the study group had lower scores(P<0.05);in terms of negative emotions,the study group had lower scores(P<0.05);in terms of social function score,the study group had a higher score(P<0.05),while in terms of self-awareness score,the study group had a higher score(P<0.05).Conclusions Adopting humanistic care in the care of patients with schizophrenia during the recovery period can improve their treatment compliance,alleviate their negative emotions,improve their mental symptoms,and significantly improve their social and self-cognition abilities.Patients can obtain a good nursing experience.
