摘 要:新能源汽车动力电池产业链具有全球化特性,涉及众多利益相关者。尽早布局我国汽车动力电池护照标准并实现与国际标准法规的接轨互认,不仅可以提高动力电池产业链信息透明度,便于动力电池全生命周期溯源管理,同时也有助于动力电池企业有效应对海外标准法规要求,助力动力电池“出海”。本文全面梳理了国内外电池护照相关标准法规的现状,阐述了我国汽车动力电池护照标准体系建设思路及相关标准进展,针对重点标准进行国内外对比分析,并结合行业发展实际提出未来工作目标和主要任务。The new energy vehicle power battery industry chain has the characteristics of globalization,involving many stakeholders.The early layout of China's automotive power battery passport standards and the realization of mutual recognition with international standards and regulations can not only improve the transparency of the power battery industry chain,facilitate the traceability management of the power battery life cycle,but also help the power battery enterprises effectively respond to overseas standards and regulations,and help the power battery"go to sea".This paper comprehensively combs the status quo of domestic and foreign standard regulations related to battery passport,expounds the construction ideas of China's automobile power batery passport standard system and the progress of related standards.Conducts a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign research on key standards,and proposes future work objectives and main tasks combined with the actual development of the industry.
