摘 要:为了在整车能量消耗量与续驶里程试验中分解驱动电机损耗,从而获得较精确的电机效率,需要在滑行试验与车辆寄生损失测试中对电机零扭矩控制机理进行分析。本文首先分析电机零扭矩控制的特性,并通过试验测得某款电机零扭矩控制力矩的大小;然后分析整车能耗试验中电机零扭矩控制对滑行试验结果、机械寄生损失测试结果的影响;接着设计对比试验,完成两款电机的对比分析;最后总结电机零扭矩控制力矩的测量方法与应用前景,为整车降能耗与电机匹配验证提供有效的参考。试验表明,电机零扭矩控制状态下,对整车能耗测试结果影响为0.1~0.3 kWh/100 km,对电机效率的评价影响偏差约1%至3%。In order to decompose the loss of driving motor in vehicle energy consumption and driving range test,so as to obtain more accurate motor efficiency,it is necessary to analyze the zero torque control mechanism of motor in coasting test and vehicle parasitic loss test.This paper first analyzes the characteristics of motor zero torque control,and measures the size of zero torque control torque of a certain motor through the test;then analyzes the influence of zero torque control of motor on sliding test results and mechanical parasitic loss test results in vehicle energy consumption test;then design of comparative experiments,complete the comparative experimental analysis of the two motors;finally summarizes the zero-torque control torque of motor,the measurement method and application prospect provide effective reference for vehicle energy consumption reduction and motor matching verification.The test results show that under zero torque control,the test results of vehicle energy consumption are affected by 0.1~0.3 k Wh/100 km,and the evaluation deviation of motor efficiency is about 1%~3%.
